Not quite right?

No sweat! Simply lodge your return within 30 days.

You can return most products (see below) within the return period provided the following conditions are satisfied:

– Must be in original condition with all tags attached
– Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way

Important: You will receive a packing slip that must be included inside your parcel in order for our team to identify the sender. Without this we will not be able to process your return.

FULL PRICE: Refund, exchange and store credit available.

We offer size exchanges via our returns portal, pending availability on when the return is received in our warehouse. If you would like to exchange the style rather than the size, we will issue you a Store Credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.

SALE / PROMOTIONAL: Store credit only.

FINAL SALE: No returns, exchanges or store credits unless faulty. If a product is on final sale it will say so on the product page.

For our Australian customers, you can exchange an item for a different size within our returns platform, provided it meets our return policy. Please note the exchange is pending availability once your return arrives back in our warehouse and is processed.

For international customers, we will issue you a store credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return 🙂

*Please note store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

We work hard to ensure all of our products are beautifully engineered to the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with a description and images of your product fault.

As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it – please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalise your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

*Please note that during busy periods, returns can take up to 10 business days processing.

Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.

Store Credits: Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalised.
